CBI Authorisation Applications

We provide a service in assisting current and new Brokers to apply to the Central Bank for authorisation, or change in shareholding.

The main areas where we complete applications are:

– Authorisation under the Intermediaries Act 1995 (IIA)
– Authorisation under the European Union (Insurance Distribution) Regulations 2018 (IDR)
– Authorisation under the European Union (Consumer Mortgage Credit Agreements) Regulations 2016 (CMCAR)
– Applying to become a Limited Company from a Sole Trader or Partnership.
– Submission of an Application for the approval of Buying or selling a business.
– Application for Motor Dealers for GAP Insurance.

With the above applications to the Central Bank we gather the information required from you and complete the application on your behalf. We also deal with the majority of Central Bank queries that are sent to you by the Central Bank regarding your application. With applications we can’t guarantee how long your application will take to receive a decision from the Central Bank but we do advise that the quicker you come back to us with information to submit the application the smoother it can run.
